Stephen Wong

Over 20 years of experience in the digital and marketing industry in the Greater China region.

Having witnessed the growth of multi-media creative, digital solutions, OMNI channel marketing and social media in Hong Kong and Greater China, Stephen has led his team to launch a number of loyalty programmes, custom media projects,  digital campaigns, app developments, CRM re-engineered projects, and many more.

For clients spanning from airlines, major international sport brands, chain-retail groups to property conglomerates, Stephen has always excelled in providing a full range of digital development strategies and solutions, his latest insight and discovery in Omni-channel strategy to the retail industry and beyond.

Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of B.B.A. Marketing at Central Queensland University in Australia, and Accelerating Sales Force Performance from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago.



Over 17 years’ experience in the information and communication industry, especially in the fields of web application and innovative digital media.

In the early stage of his career, Bill’s professional expertise at a consultancy and project management agency included IT strategic planning, system design and integration, user acceptance test methodologies, operation and maintenance, etc.

Bill obtained Master of ElectronicEngineering with Business Management (Distinction) and BSc (Hons) in IT (1st Hon) from the City University of Hong Kong, where he was also awarded outstanding academic performance in MEng and outstanding student of the Department of Electronic Engineering.



With over 16 years’ experience in IT research and development, Bill’s expertise includes multimedia technologies, user interface usability engineering, human-computer interaction, and information security.

Equipped with over a decade of R&D experience in mobile computing, he is currently managing the projects involving smartphone and mobile communication technologies.

Prior to current projects, his participation in the design and implementation of e-learning platforms has honed in his know-how pertaining to web applications.

In addition to his Ph.D. degree (research interest: organizational behavior in the IT-controlled environment) from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Bill also obtained MPhil (research interest: information security) and BSc (Hons) in IT (1st Hon) from the City University of Hong Kong.



Prior to joining MIDAS MIDAS in 2012, Joefi’s logistic management and shop operation skills were harnessed by the Richemont Group, Hugo Boss, and Liu Jo in Hong Kong. Her plentiful experience and diverse perspective have helped many of our clients to achieve growth against the odds.

She is passionate about nurturing talents in the branding, strategy and innovation industries.

In her spare time, Joefi can be found volunteering at many charities including one of her own, an organization that focuses on helping the homeless and elderly. 

She is also the chair lady and director of Knit & Care community which co-operates with Lane Crawford Group for CSR initiatives.

Art Director


For her entire career thus far, Karen has been providing design and art direction services to design studios, publishing houses, agencies, commercial clients, as well as government sector, while undertaking an expansive range of creative projects from editorial, ad, corporate branding, website, and app design.

Karen has previously worked for Laing O’Rourke, Parker-Wood Communications, Sun Hung Kai Properties, Hong Kong Tourism Board, and South China Morning Post, and is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (CS5) and Microsoft Office, with a good technical understanding of web design.

Account Executive

Michelle Yau

Michelle joined MidasMidas as Account Executive and started her journey with the digital world in here.

Having previously worked with the Airline Services Industry for a long period of time, she is now applying her customer service skills onto the client accounts of MidasMidas.

She helps on every issue that clients may meet during the whole project, while handling inquiries from initial approach to final follow-up work as the project finishes, as well as advise clients on suitable digital solutions and products.

She has happily moved her base here with this family and ready for a foreseeable take-off again with her career path from earnest faith in the digital field.



With Karis’s creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and her professional approach to time, costs and deadlines, she can always be trusted to produce accurate and high-quality works.

Her passion for design has been reflected in a variety of projects and events, such as websites, advertising, posters, computer games, displays, and corporate identity.

Karis is proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effect, Premiere Pro, Dreamweaver, and is always keeping up-to-date with emerging technologies.   

Technical Officer

Yoe Cheng

With a background in design skills and digital technology, Yoe has offered immense insight and knowledge of every digital element to both MidasMidas’s clients and the company itself.

He has a great interest in exploring all latest digital technologies and products, and always makes an effort to keep himself ahead of the game in the digital market.

He has been awarded many designer prizes in both China and Hong Kong, which motivates him to always seek the next level of achievements.

He knows a bit of everything and is called a walking Wikipedia among colleagues.
